Jaya Dance offers public Bollywood and Bhangra dance workshops, open to all ages and abilities.
No previous experience is necessary, and it’s a great opportunity to dance and make new friends.
Come along and experience our Bollywood Beginners dance workshops. Within the workshop you will delve into the glamour and fun of the Bollywood cinema, whilst also putting your body through its paces.
BOLLYWOOD DANCE CLASS CONTENT:
- Introduction to intricate Bollywood foot and hand movements, including positioning
- Learn a simple Bollywood dance routine, incorporating Bollywood, Bhangra and classical Indian styles
- Understanding of body posture and dance spatial awareness
- Developing coordination and rhythm

Our next public class:
**Ladies Bollywood dance evening**
Make new friends and have fun learning a fun Bollywood dance routine together, colourful costumes will be provided and then relax afterwards with drinks and cake.
Cost: free but numbers are limited
